Jodie

Jodie has both trade and corporate experience within the property industry. She graduated with a 2:1 in Architecture and Planning and has a huge passion for saving historic and unusual buildings.

Whilst studying, Jodie was also a painter and decorator working alongside her father and cousin for over 10 years. She can turn her hand to almost any DIY scenario – from plastering to kitchen fitting and this is where she is most happy.

Jodie has a great vision to see the potential of a property from the onset. She has a diploma in interior design which she utilises designing spaces and creating visions in all of our restoration projects.

Valerie

Valerie is mother to Jodie and has been involved in the renovation of property for over 40 years. From barn conversions where the family lived in a caravan with two young children, to buying a holiday home in France where the ‘holiday’ was to make it habitable – she has a lot of experience!

A senior maths teacher by profession, Valerie has a very meticulous and analytical mind, perfect for looking through the deals and keeping the books and documents in order. Now retired, she too has a hands on approach to the projects and you can always rely on her to tackle the gardens and outdoor spaces (often with the help of her sister Lucille!) to make sure that the outside is as good as the property’s interior!

Jimmy

Originally from Australia, Jimmy has been living in the UK since 2015 and is husband to Jodie. He is often seen as the muscles of the operation!

His primary employment is running his own skydiving and indoor tunnel coaching business but on his days off (if he gets them!) he gets hands on with the property rip outs and refurbs. With an army background, Jimmy is able to get his head down and get the job done.

Jimmy is our main advertising platform and loves to talk about the property business, gaining us many private lenders as he goes.
