Located in the Welsh Valleys, Alma was our first auction purchase in 2019. We bought this 2 bedroom terraced house after it had already been ripped out back to brick and had no kitchen or bathroom. Renovations transformed it into a bright, modern, 3 bedroom home. It continues to be a strong performer within our BTL portfolio, having been rented to the first couple who viewed it nearly 3 years ago.
