The Nook is a charming, duplex apartment located within a Grade II listed building in an ancient market town in Worcestershire. It was our second auction purchase and as well as full renovation works, an extension to the very short lease, which had rendered the property unmortgageable, was also required. It now performs highly as part of our BTL portfolio.
